Confuse about. ↳ Finding what clients want ↳ Finding the exact position of the brand ↳ Finding how I transform my client brand Ask the following questions to your clients before starting: → Is there a unique story behind the name? → Who is the target audience? → What does your company do? → What services do you provide? → What about your vision for the branding? → How do you differentiate yourself from competitors? → What problems are you solving for your ideal customer? → Link to your website or social media → How much are you willing to invest? Before starting the project, understanding the client's persona is necessary, Especially when you are building a brand identity. I think this question is not good to ask your client "What does your company do" bcz when you come on discover call, first you need to learn about your client like his/her business, services, etc.
