It is with immense pride and gratitude that we celebrate the 7th anniversary of flying star production. This milestone marks not just the passage of time, but a journey filled with countless memories, lessons, and achievements that have shaped us into the organization we are today. Seven years ago, flying Star production began with a vision – to serve the best of us in terms of everything that we can amend. It was a humble beginning, but one that was powered by determination, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. Over the years, we’ve faced challenges, embraced opportunities, and learned valuable lessons. We’ve grown not just in size, but also in the impact we’ve been able to make in photography. From Just have a small amount of customers or now having brand with us now to building a strong network of [clients, partners, or team members], every step has been a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. This journey would not have been possible without our incredible [team, clients, partners, and supporters]. Your trust, support, and collaboration have been the driving forces behind our success. Each project, every milestone, and all the small wins along the way have been achieved because of your contributions. As we celebrate this special occasion, we also look forward to the future with renewed energy and ambition. The road ahead is filled with opportunities to innovate, grow, and make a difference. Together, we aim to push boundaries, achieve greater heights, and continue creating a lasting impact. On behalf of Flying star production thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Here’s to celebrating seven incredible years and too many more to come. Anupam Pandey Anupam Pandey Charu Gupta Flying Star Production

Lessons learned as I reflect back on my one year anniversary at Navistar Inc 💡 Goals are good if you want to win once. Systems are best if you want to win repeatedly. Although goals are essential and necessary for clarity and getting us started, they won't solve lingering pain points or bridge gaps. Focusing on developing/improving systems and processes is the secret sauce to long-term success. Ultimately, we don't rise to the level of our goals. We fall to the level of our systems. 💡Don't worry about changing people's mindset. Focus on changing the mechanics within the system and by default it will yield the desired outcomes. This is particularly relevant for #Diversity, #Equity, #Inclusion, and #Belonging initiatives post the Supreme Court's repeal of Affirmative Action. DEI isn't a marketing stunt. DEI isn't a handout, DEI isn't about lowering standards. DEI is about embracing, unifying and leveraging our diversity to perform at the highest levels of creativity and innovation while in a welcoming and inclusive environment where EVERYONE can thrive and be their authentic self. 💡 No one succeeds alone. Giving credit to others doesn't undermine you. It's actually a sign of your confidence and humility. Transitioning from tackling projects to shaping strategic priorities. It's been an incredible journey from intern to full-time employee! Photo credit: Camarri Lane #RidewithNavistar #DEI

Celebrating a Decade of Greatness! 🎉🎈 Friends, followers, and loyal customers! Today, we are here to celebrate a spectacular milestone: our 10th anniversary as a company! 🥳🎊 Yes, you read that right! Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨ Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. Thank you for 10 incredible years! The Ejematic Team 🚀🎉 #Anniversary #Celebration #10Years #SuccessStory #CompanyMilestone #TeamSpirit #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #JourneyToSuccess #CheersToTheFuture

Wow! How has it already been a year?! I’ll tell you what though… that old saying “time flies when you’re having fun” couldn’t be more true. Here’s what I’ve learned this past year working as a Social Media Specialist for MacroAir Fans 1️⃣ Company culture is key for longevity. We spend a large majority of our lives in the workplace, so the atmosphere makes a huge difference on your well-being. 2️⃣ We are ALL learning. Not a single person knows everything about their craft, but being around people who encourage growth, and discovery make all the difference. 3️⃣ It’s okay to make mistakes. We’re all human…so it’s going to happen. We just have to shake it off, have a good laugh at ourselves, and learn from it. 4️⃣ Confidence will take you further than you could have ever imagined. Stepping into your career can be scary, but from day one if you show up knowing “I’ve got this” then the rest will fall into place. 5️⃣ If your business doesn’t have a MacroAir fan it needs one! ✨Get your MacroAir HVLS fan here: 👉https://lnkd.in/ghMFMTtp? (Sorry I couldn’t help myself on that one. I’m in Marketing. What did you expect?🤣) #companyculture #employeeanniversary #lookmomididit

100 days have now passed since I started at FACTON It’s a period I look back on with great satisfaction and gratitude. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the open and supportive culture of my new company. The warm welcome I received from the team not only made my transition smoother but also made me feel valued right from the start. The beginning was challenging – and that’s a good thing 💪 ! The first few weeks were filled with new processes, tools, tasks, and structures. Every challenge, however, was also an opportunity to grow, learn, and make my own contribution. It’s a great feeling to see how ideas are met with openness and how constructive exchanges within the team lead to innovative solutions. Company culture makes the difference 🌟 ! In a supportive environment, you don’t just feel welcomed but also encouraged to develop further. It’s worth choosing an employer that shares your values. Teamwork is the key 🤝 ! A crucial factor for my successful start has been the support of my colleagues. Learning from their expertise has helped me immensely to find my footing quickly. At the same time, the collaboration has shown me how valuable it is to work in an environment shaped by mutual respect and team spirit. I want to thank everyone who has supported me up to this point and I’m looking forward to the exciting months ahead! 🙂 #100Days, #Milestone, #Teamwork, #Collaboration, #CompanyCulture,#PersonalGrowth

Nine years ago, we were a small team with huge dreams, just beginning what would turn into an amazing journey. As we look back, it's incredible to see how far we’ve come—how we’ve tackled obstacles, celebrated wins, and turned our ideas into something real and meaningful. Each challenge only brought us closer together, and new faces quickly became part of our growing family. We’ve laughed hard, celebrated big milestones, and created memories that will stay with us forever. Our journey has been about more than just work; it’s been about connecting with people, understanding their stories, and bringing them to life with our creativity. Today, we're not just looking back on nine years of effort—we’re celebrating the friendships, trust, and unforgettable moments we’ve shared. Thank you for being such an important part of our story. Here’s to many more years of adventures and shared experiences! . . . #WalkingFramesProductions #WFP #9thAnniversary #CompanyAnniversary #HappyAnniversary #SuccessStory #Teamwork #BusinessSuccess #IndustryLeader #BusinessAnniversary #CelebratingSuccess #9YearsInBusiness #CompanyMilestone #AnniversarySpecial #BusinessGrowth #YearsofSuccess #CompanyJourney #CorporateAnniversary #AnniversaryGoals #CompanyLegacy #CelebrationTime #CelebrationGoals #AnniversaryVibes #ShareYourStory #JoinTheCelebration #LikeForLikes #Share #Repost #LikeCommentShare #TagAFriend

Celebrating my 2-year Anniversary as a Business Owner To say that time flies is an understatement. September marks two years for me as a small business owner. I am deeply grateful for all of those who continue to help me on this journey, and the many clients who have trusted me to serve their needs. I am joyfully celebrating the career I designed that plays to my strengths and honors my values. Here are some of the valuable lessons I learned along the way… 1. Don’t take yourself too seriously – embrace humility. 2. When you have a bad day, lift someone else up. 3. Be an advocate for others. 4. Be willing to ask for help and offer to help others. 5. Your best laid plans will change – be ready to pivot and be resilient. 6. Your value is not measured by the hours worked but the impact you make. 7. Play is a connection to creativity. 8. Rest is an investment in your wellbeing. 9. Prioritize time to think, reflect, and dream – this unlocks energy, focus and productivity. 10. Take good care of your body – your life depends on it. Onwards to another year of personal and professional growth and a commitment to wellbeing, wisdom, and wonder!

If I admit it here: "I do love Star Trek" you might wonder - is LinkedIn the best place for the confessions of a nerd? Let me elaborate. In the #startrek series we are seeing a close knit and high performing team with exemplary #leadership, we all could learn from it: about the advantages of diversity, what it really means walking the talk, on the importance of believing in your team, the efficiency which comes when the team dares to question and disagree, the success which comes when we look for solutions instead of placing the blame and the ultimate power of scientific minds. Different leadership styles, but all decisive, considerate, humane, and empathic. There are several articles in this subject if anyone is interested, and time might come, that I even write one 😉 As for the crew, besides that they are super smart, have high ethical standards, diverse, capable of true teamwork, constantly learning and developing themselves, they are also very hard working, but know when to switch off and relax. And why do I say all this? My life arrived at a turning point again, closing a chapter of almost 7 years. Looking back to this period and my colleagues, I can find similarities to the beloved Star Trek crew, and I do feel super lucky to find leaders (yes, we all know how much more it is than a manager) worth comparing to my favourite captains (of course it is Picard and Janeway) and colleagues who would even stand their grounds on a starship. I wanted to make a list of my amazing colleagues - and had fun with it! - but realised, that it is impossible to fit in word count limits, if I start mentioning the whole Global Medical Affairs team, previous and present colleagues, as they do shine with all the utopistic qualities of a Starfleet crew. It was my true pleasure to work with you all and being lost in the delta quadrant does not seem scary if we were all together, would surely take our chances without hesitation! As an end note (or TLDR if you like): We might not have Starfleet or warp capable starships yet for a hundred years to come, but the crew is here, it would do good for companies to recognise the value and resources they are sitting on...
