The Sunday Scaries is that feeling of unease many of us get on a Sunday evening as our weekend draws to a close. It's that feeling that makes you anxious about the working week ahead. In technical terms, it's a form of anticipatory stress — essentially, worry about what lies ahead. That’s why I try and thank my team before the weekend, giving them a recognition that their contributions as individuals is appreciated and together they can achieve their goals. A further gain has been that they can come to me with any issue that may be concerning them, leading to an open and transparent workplace. #teamappreciation #teamcoaching #teamdevelopment #teameffectiveness
