Before the biggest game in Savannah Bananas history at Nationals Park, I spoke to our group of 200+ people about the importance of doing more than just their job and how that is always been the Fans First way. I shared how the reason we are where we are today is because of that little extra and how are job is always bigger than just our job. I've been so inspired by watching everyone on our team from interns to my wife Emily Cole with how our people have always found a way to go out of their way for our fans and their teammates. With this now being our third MLB stadium and the expectations continuing to rise, I wanted our team know that giving that little extra was more important now than ever. Later that night after one of our most magical shows and experiences, our entire team and front office met and shared so many stories, shout outs and fans first moments that they created. I'm proud to say that their "little extra" shined bright at the Nation's Capital and for the 42,000 fans that went Bananas with us at Nationals Park.

It was so exciting to see the Blank Street Cycle Thru pop up on a sunny Clapham Common last weekend 🚲 💚 Born out of that quintessential London summer ritual - skipping the tube and hopping on an ebike to explore instead, we built a 360 campaign coined 'Matcha On The Move'.  Kicking off with custom cup holders that allowed Londoners to take their drinks for a spin, the campaign featured social content from some of our favourite creators, a digi partnership with the team at Forest and a two-day pop-up which saw us hand out thousands of iced matchas to runners, walkers and cyclists in Clapham (along with a fair few puppuccinos too 🐶). We had so much fun executing this one and even more fun scrolling through all the fab UGC that was captured over the weekend. Big shoutout to Positive Experience for bringing our vision to life also - they well and truly nailed the brief with fern green galore. On to Autumn now... 👀 🍂

I recently had the pleasure of meeting some incredible teens who are diving into the lobster industry under the mentorship of one of the owners of Luke's Lobster. In Maine, where all lobstermen operate as sole proprietors, these young individuals are acquiring a skill set that promises to serve them well throughout their lives. It’s inspiring to see the next generation gaining hands-on experience in such a vital and historic trade. Keep up the good work, @Ben from @lukeslobster! #blacktravelmaine
