As we approach the end of another #Veganuary, a timely survey shared by Food Manufacture estimates that: - The no. of UK vegans has increased by 1.1m in 12 months -  6.4m people plan to adopt a meat-free diet this year -  Over half of generation Z could be eating a meat-free diet by 2025 This trend is attributed to numerous reasons by the Vegan Society, including the growing accessibility of vegan food options in supermarkets and restaurants, and campaigns such as Veganuary. Definitely food for thought if you’re considering developing meat or dairy-free products.
