A hug is a universal medicine
That transcends words, cultures, and boundaries. It's a powerful gesture that conveys love, care, and compassion. A hug has the ability to heal emotional wounds, comfort sorrow, and celebrate joy.
In a world where words often fall short, a hug can speak volumes. It can bridge gaps, mend relationships, and bring people together. A hug is a universal language that requires no translation, no explanation, and no justification.
Whether it's a warm embrace from a loved one, a friendly squeeze from a colleague, or a gentle hug from a stranger, the power of a hug lies in its ability to connect us on a deeper level.
Let's spread love, kindness, and compassion through the universal medicine of hugs. Let's create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Share your own story of the power of hugs, and let's inspire others to do the same.

Saffola World Heart Day. #StepUpForYourHeart#MadeByMullen
This is a LinkedIn post, so let me begin accordingly.
Office jargon is littered with health-speak, but we often fail to read the signs. It’s called the corporate 'ladder' for good reason. And wizened workplace pundits nod about how there’s no ‘elevator’ to success.
Truth is, this sage advice applies beyond the 9-5, and to all of us. After all, we all have only one body to carry us through our lifetime, and one beating heart to keep us going.
Speaking of which, it’s an unsung secret that the heart is the hardest working organ in the body. And leading up to World Heart Day, Saffola wanted to remind people to give back to this selfless, tireless warrior. So we decided to combine new-age tech with some good ol’ physical movement, to fuse medical opinion with creativity, and to make the mobile phone truly...mobile.
But facts first: Research has shown that daily climbing of stairs may reduce the risk of heart disease by 20%. The European Society of Cardiology states that climbing four flights of stairs in under a minute is an indicator of good heart health; this served as the inspiration of the challenge.
And now for the idea: Step up for your heart by walking up a few flight of stairs - in real time, while having a 'light-hearted' personalised conversation with Ronit Roy's AI avataar. Upon completion, each participant will learn how they performed against their competing counterparts, basis the number of steps taken and their level of huffing and puffing.
To join the challenge, take this first step:

Another easy, roz ka healthy step, is to use a healthier cooking oil like...you guessed it... :-) P.S. Unsponsored declaration: we use Saffola Total at home (Gotta ‘walk the talk’ after all, haha!)
Love and hearts to our wonderful partners at Marico, Somasree Bose Awasthi (she/her), Seher Contractor, Abhishek Waykul, Darylle Moras. And to our allies at Madison for the incredible tech partnership – Jolene Fernandes Solanki and tribe, a big thank you.
Dil-se shukriya to the other hard-working, selfless warriors who need to be hat-tipped: Mullen Lintas peeps, you’ve stepped up at every call: Kapil Ojha, Sharon Picardo, Gargi Sarvankar and your wonderful teams.
