Accrued Purchases Reconciliation in NetSuite: Have you ever wanted to see what transactions are currently affecting the Accrued Purchases Account (aka Inventory Received Not Billed)? It was frustrating for me to try to reconcile this account manually, monthly! It is a common problem that companies face! I am excited to share that I have been able to create an initial solution to auto-reconcile the Accrued Purchases Account and display this information. The solution is in a non-managed bundle and is limited to environments that are not using Inbound Shipments. However, the SCS team has a solution to include Inbound Shipments. NetSuite provides options for different payment methods, and you can choose the one that suits your business needs. - When making payments, you select the bills or vendor credits that you want to pay, specify the payment method, and record any additional details. - After the payment is recorded, NetSuite updates the accounts payable and general ledger to reflect the payment.
