Life's battles often go unseen by others, as we are usually absorbed in our own worlds and don't take the time to understand what others are going through. True heroes are those who can uplift and bring joy to others, even without knowing the struggles they face.
This letter hit me hard... Every single person you encounter is fighting a battle that you know nothing about. Your one tiny action can create powerful ripples that extend far beyond yourself. Create more ripples. For anyone out there battling in silence, you’re not alone. We’re all in it together. I've learned that expressing admiration can transform a workplace. Whether it's a colleague who went the extra mile, a team that met their goals, or a mentor who provided invaluable guidance—take a moment to recognize their efforts. A simple "thank you" can lift spirits, create a positive atmosphere and inspire continued excellence. Let's make it a habit to speak up and celebrate each other's achievements. After all, success is sweeter when shared 🤗

Thrilled to announce a personal milestone: I've completed my second 21k run. It's truly a remarkable achievement, especially considering my previous struggles with running. I mean, there was a time when I couldn't even make it through a 5k without feeling like I was about to pass out. But through sheer determination and a few questionable life choices, I've made it to the finish line. So here's to embracing challenges, pushing boundaries, and questioning our sanity in the pursuit of greatness. And to anyone thinking about taking on a similar feat, just remember: if I can survive 21 kilometers, you can conquer anything life throws your way. Cheers to running and its sweaty glory. #Ooredoo marathon,#pushing boundaries.

Insightful reminder! Yes, academic setbacks don't necessarily dictate long-term success. It's about embracing failure with grace and using it as a catalyst for growth and learning.
Optometry professional and educator, passionate writer, and enthusiastic admirer of films and literature
"At school I had a teacher that didn't like me and I didn't like him. At the end of the year he decided to fail me. The ironic thing is that the topic was chemistry. I have the distinction of being the only chemistry laureate who failed the topic in high school!" - Tomas Lindahl, awarded the 2015 Nobel Prize in Chemistry Tomas Lindahl's anecdote offers a profound reflection on the unpredictable journey of learning and success. It's a striking reminder that early setbacks do not define our ultimate capabilities or the scope of our achievements. Lindahl's experience challenges the conventional metrics of assessment and success, underscoring the importance of resilience and the pursuit of passion beyond institutional judgments. His eventual triumph, culminating in the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, serves as a testament to the idea that initial failures can be stepping stones to unparalleled heights. This narrative not only humanizes a laureate, making his journey relatable, but also inspires a reevaluation of how we perceive academic failures and the potential for redemption. Lindahl’s story is a powerful illustration that success is not linear, and the most significant achievements can come from the most unexpected beginnings.

1ySpot on! Dr. Huberman speaks about the same subject in goal attainment. There's an entire journey and process to experience along with hitting the mark. If you're miserable all the way up to achieving the goal then miserable again shortly after then you're approaching the journey in the wrong way. Our minds are designed to be able to imagine an experience before it even occurs. If we can be fully present to any experience along the way it allows us to pick up on the lessons and grow much quicker. Growth often happens through struggle. That means struggle is valuable. If you believe attainment is the only thing of value, then you leave behind the growth and will likely quit when faced with struggle.
