💼 Position : Sales Counter (Non Mandarin Speaker)
📍 Placement : Serpong, Tangerang
⏰ Woking Hour : 6 Days (Fixed Shift)
📋 What Will You Do?
1. Warmly welcome customers entering the store and provide professional and friendly service. Patiently answer customers' questions, including electric vehicle performance, price, usage precautions, etc.
2. Recommend suitable electric vehicle models and configurations based on customer needs and budget.
3. Introduce the characteristics, advantages and functions of electric vehicles in detail, and guide customers to understand and experience the product.
4. facilitate transactions, complete sales tasks, and provide customers with post-purchase related services.
⚠ What is The Requirements?
1. Good communication skills: Sales Counter need to communicate well with customers, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and answer customer questions.
2. Enthusiasm and patience: Sales Counter need to have enough enthusiasm and patience to provide customers with high-quality services and help them choose satisfactory electric vehicles.
3. Integrity and professionalism: Sales Counter need to have integrity, not exaggerate product functions, and provide professional and accurate product information.
4. Master the knowledge of electric vehicle accessories, maintenance and repairs in order to provide customers with comprehensive consulting services. (this is not mandatory but prefereable)
