A leader’s character is something all employees notice. Are you honest? Are you kind? Are you self serving? Do you have everyone’s best interest in mind when making decisions or just your own? These are the things that make a difference between running a loyal successful team or a team that lacks trust and provides the bare minimum to you and the company.
