Hiring the right people who can be trained is more important to us than what any resume says. Solar installation companies require a significant workforce. You have everyone from pre-sales engineers to customer support to roofers to sales people to electricians to installers. Every job requires significant buy-in and training. So, we hire based on who an individual is. We don’t look at their resume. We simply get to know them and their work ethic and train them on the rest.
