Your first meal of the day regardless of time eaten is your breakfast. You can eat it 6am or 1pm. It depends on you, but 16hours between your last meal of the day and first meal of the day is recommended. I work better with breakfast later in the day. Other people can do well with early breakfast. Early dinner and still do well. But, you are better off eating later.
