What no one tells you about fear. It's used in so many facets of life, look at the two wars going on right now, both lead by leaders using fear. Typically, in business it's used to manipulate people into doing things they otherwise would not do. It can paralyze decision making and acting to seize the best opportunities for the individual. The NAR settlement is creating real challenges, including tons of fear and confusion for real estate agents who are the top referral partners of most independent mortgage bankers.
