Title: Identifying the Soft Skills of Future Internal and External Hires - It Starts with Veterans Description: Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will understand: how skills are derived from a Veterans Career; how Veteran's soft skills make them ideal candidates for working within and leading teams; and why a Soft Skills Taxonomy, directly correlated to the U.S. Military, is your best bet when evaluating a Soft Skills Taxonomy for your Company. Purepost is the only organization in the world that fully-translates a military service member's experience into transferable civilian skills, professional competencies, job titles and descriptions. In order to do this we needed to manually crosswalk every job in the military to private sector positions.
