Discipline  Discipline is the one that puts the music in the value chain of Sports/Work.  In a party, the DJ is in charge of the music. Is through this that he is able to control the times, when to make people dance, when to give them a break so they can get a drink, and then right back to dancing so the party keeps going. The DJ is in charge of this value chain.  When motivation is fading it is discipline that takes over to make sure the training keeps on track.  In every value chain there is a music player.
