What is Bejar ki Roti? Bejar is a multigrain flour comprising of whole wheat flour, barley flour and gram flour. It is super healthy as it is fibrous. Further, it is rich in protein. It gives a healthy break from the regular rotis or parathas we generally eat. It is a common part of Rajasthani food and can be served with gravies, dals or kadhi Buttermilk: Instead of water, buttermilk is used to prepare the dough for bejar ki roti. It makes the roti softer in texture and lighter on the belly. Flavours: Fennel seeds, coriander seeds have been used to add flavours to bejar ki roti. You can also add in fresh ingredients such as green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic etc.

It's international hummus day! Are you a fan of this middle Eastern dip, served as a snack or appetiser? As well as being delicious and healthy, hummus is rather easy to make yourself at home too. A blend of chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, your hummus can then be flavoured with anything you like. How about some paprika powder for a bit of warmth, roasted cumin powder for some spice or roasted red peppers for sweetness. Why not sprinkle some parsley on to add to the flavour. Executive Coach | Helping successful professionals build wealth in mind, body, & relationships beyond the office. I'm an expert because I sat in your seat for 20 years. If I can do it, so can you.
You're going to need to eat meals like chicken and rice to get GREAT results but I just yawned typing that. Here's what you do👇 Spice it up ... figuratively and literally! Add low or no calorie flavor like: 0% greek yogurt (great sour cream sub, adds protein) Hot sauce Sauerkraut Salt, spices, herbs etc. Others (not on this bowl) that I enjoy: Balsamic vinegar, lemon, taco seasoning, kimchi, spicy mustard A few cups of boring, add some "spice" and flavor, combine that with time... and you got RESULTS 📈 #corporatewellness #corporatewellnessprogram #executivecoach #executivecoaching

We all know what lassis are; many of us grew up drinking meethi and namkeen lassis made by our mothers during the summers. And we can all agree that we enjoyed them. It refreshed us quickly, and was a welcome break from the sweltering heat. This Gujarati komal drink is a form of buttermilk that is best consumed throughout the summer. The word komal means soft and that's exactly how it tastes. The king ingredient in this beverage is coconut milk, which makes it so wonderful and distinctive, and the best part is that it only takes about 10 minutes to make. To make the Komal drink at home today, follow this simple recipe: Ingredients needed: • Coconut milk -½ cup • Fresh curd- ½ cup • Coriander leaves • Salt according to taste • 2 green chillies • 2-3 curry leaves • Pinch of hing • ½ tsp jeera • 2 tsp oil Method: • In an electric blender, combine the coconut milk, curd, green chilies, and coriander leaves and set aside. • Heat some oil on a tawa, then add the jeera seeds, curry leaves, and hing and fry until they sputter. • Mix this tadka with your coconut milk mixture. • Add a touch of salt and combine with ice cubes and blend once more • Chill before serving.
