My 1st 100+ designs in Canva. Learning more and keep growing more and always try to think out of the box. These things helped me. 1. Learning Basic concepts color theory, typography, spacing, alignments etc. 2. Learning how to use the software (Canva) 3. At first redesigning the templates. 4. Then get command all elements in the software. 5. Then try to create own designs with own and creative ideas. Two things I believe 1 Skill is important than which tool you are using. 2 Quality is more important than Quantity. Last but not least, *Learning and practicing new things consistently. *Networking with people through Social media. I think these will helpful to you guys 😊

*LEARN TO PHOTOSHOP EASILY* What am about sharing with you is something I wished I knew earlier and practiced. Many designers today are shying away from using this powerful design tool. Simply because someone told them it was difficult or they concluded it was difficult at first sight of the interface. Yes I was once like you tho, all I could do is BG removal. But in year 2021 I came across crazy design visuals and I was like its time to upgrade my knowledge because I knew I was designing nonsense. I began searching for online courses I could lay my hands on, I was kind not looking for scattered teachings because I wanted a good background on graphics design. I came to know about Udemy, I searched for design courses with Coreldraw as the tool, Omo I searched tire but I was seeing obsolete courses, checked skillshare etc. Same issues. All I could see is Adobe software courses. So that how I started using Adobe illustrator first before I now learnt Photoshop as well. I could remember I was literally crying 😭 with a lot of tears just because I found it very difficult to understand any of the tools. But I decided in my mind that I would know this tools no matter what. I began taking different courses both paid and free, YouTube was my best spot for Freebies while I Udemy was my plug for paid stuff. Enough of stories 😜, let me give you some tips that would help you learn Photoshop faster, don't just be lazy sha 😁. Here are some tips to help you learn Photoshop faster: Check comment section 👇

But then you realize that a course costs quite a bit of money, and lessons with multiple people mean you don't get the attention you need to learn Photoshop properly. Graphic Designing is not about tools rather it the sense which manifests into visual Designs via tools. Learning top Designing tools doesn't help... If you don't have that design sense to produce something extraordinary.

You are not a real designer if you are just learning tools, not designing....... I see many designers on LinkedIn who are just learning Canva, not designing. There is a huge difference between learning a tool and learning design. If you are just learning a tool, you will never design like a pro. When you have to design something the tool is secondary. You need to know the basics of design, otherwise, you cannot make a good design. Many people say Canva designers are noobs, but creativity matters, and tools are secondary. What does your company need and prefer for its design tools? As an educator in the field of IT, I really would like for companies to tell me what tools should I train students to use to get a job in the work place. Do you use Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Inkscape, Gimp, Blender or do you just prefer to use Canva and not bother with the rest.. It is a great resource for teachers to use when lesson planning and making those more student friendly. Students can use Canva to do all kinds of projects as the website gives them templates to design and display their information however they want. Canva allows for teachers and students to be more creative with their work and offer a level of accessibility and convenience when making something on a design level.
