A medical TBT worth reflecting on: INAUGURAL JKUMREC SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE Held on 21st Oct,2022 One good reflection that just popped up on my feeds. This wasn't just an event I did attend in My second year of studies ,but a pivotal event in my career life. It shaped by medical Research opportunities outlook and spark the urge from the inside. It honed my skills of observation,layered learning and career development in with an edge I had never thought of. In the event the seasoned medical practitioners from different sectors challenged us to tackle Antimicrobial Resistance trends so innovatively in a patient and society centred approach,Data Analytics that informs global based healthcare systems,IT machinery and Artificial intelligence transforming the medical practice, Clinical Practice as well Managing complex tasks in the industry. Not exhausting all,was also an entrepreneurial approach to help the medical graduates who continually get churned out of institutions of higher learning to have an eye for Entrepreneurship that gears towards creating more employment opportunities for themselves and the youthful population alike. I can't reflect it all am but glad the above are still imprinted in my memory towards the culmination of my studies. Medical Research, Diagnostics and healthcare-patient centred interventions spiced up by Leadership that transforms systems are still my focus and piece of cake!
