This New Year, a twist on the New Year Resolution! Each year, thousands of people make new year resolutions for individual improvement... but what about collective good? This time, we're taking away the spotlight from the individual and focusing it squarely on the system. This year, we resolve to seek feminist leisure, solidarity and community - and ask for systemic solutions to systemic problems! What are YOUR feminist un-resolutions for the year?

Recognizing the importance of truth and reconciliation, for me means facing our shared history with honesty and humility. Amplifying the voices of those impacted by injustice, followed by recognition of harm—owning the past and its ongoing consequences. Rebuilding trust and creating spaces for genuine dialogue. But moreover, meaningful action—implementing solutions that drive healing, justice, and create a foundation for lasting change. Reconciliation isn’t a day a year at the end of September; just a moment in time; it’s a commitment to shaping a better, more equitable future that endures. #TruthAndReconciliation #Leadership #Inclusion #SocialImpact

Justice is rooted in equity, and the path to equality begins with equitable actions.

As we commemorate June 16th 2024, may we all reflect on the significance of this day and commit to making a tangible difference in the ongoing struggle for liberation and equality. Let us approach this year differently by becoming more aware of our roles and actively participating in the continuous effort to liberate our minds.
