We commonly use the term: man-hour. Behind this term lies a great concept. Most people generally know of manpower. But have you thought about man-hour? What is a man-hour? All agree that every man gets an invaluable asset every day in the form of 24 hours of time. So, millions of people over the world keep using their time round the clock and yet the total amount of time in a day is only 24 hours. But if we think a little deeper, we realise that if one man has 24 hours a day, then two men will have 48 hours a day and a hundred men will have 2400 hours a day! Therefore, if the Chief Guest or the Honourable Minister arrives one hour late to a function attended by 1000 people, the Chief Guest can be said to have virtually 'killed' 1000 hours! Though it may sound odd, it is true. The world abounds with such large-scale massacre time, everywhere, all the time! And what about those people who have little respect for time and who 'kill' time all through their lives? Alas! Time simply swallows them, sucking them up into a kind of emptiness. So, before it is too late, let us wake up. Let us start by respecting time. Let us use our common sense, plan well, but time to right and good use and make most of the time allotted to us by life. It is therefore essential to find out the right means to gain hold over our time. This is the only way to achieve anything really great and worthwhile in our lives-the only way to achieve greatness.

Are you a military service member or Veteran trying to figure out what it is you want to do after the military? Happy Sunday. Here is a great activity to do today before you start a new week. ***I'd love to see your list. Send to me at misty@vets2pm.com. I'll schedule a 60-minute consult with you if you desire to walk you through an action plan.*** Grab a pen and paper (this is scientific evidence that physically writing this out does wonders for visualization). Draw two lines so you have three sections. First Section: WHAT I DON'T WANT AFTER THE MILITARY - Brain dump everything and anything that you don't want for your life after the military - Think travel, type of work, business of life, shift, workday hours, commute, etc. Second Section: WHAT I DO WANT AFTER THE MILITARY - Brain dump everything and anything that you do want for your life after the military - This is when you take the "I can't wait for when I separate/retire from the military" thoughts and put them on paper Third Section: WHAT LIFE LOOKS LIKE AFTER THE MILITARY - Brain dump everything and anything that has to do with the life you are living if money, time, location, etc. was not something you had to factor in Take Action: Circle ONE item from the third section and list three actions you can take NOW before 2024 ends. - Make them as specific as possible - Ensure you can take action within the 50 days - They should be small enough to complete and big enough to see the difference Tag someone who would benefit from this exercise.

The ladder.... Not there for anything as it demands. But is there to do things that help ones. Help the most needed very urgently. Climb up then do the things there. Things that bring a change beyond a point. Tweet the new poem right up there. Wow thats a great rhyming versus. Its giving the surging feel of joy. Every breath is to support the lift up. When its become an assurance. There is a prayer let ot continue. We all enjoy it as long and then go on. So that it will not be wetting. During the wee hours and sleepless days. A serene beautiful thought to look up. At the serene part of it is about peace. Devoid of any debt of assurance. So while driving back home. Are you prepared to meet things there. As they will be waiting to meet you. Getting ready to walk with them. While you drive back to office. The questions repeat again there on. Are you prepared to meet things there. But dont build the palace seeing the ladder. Only one time there is an opportunity. Catch and climb up the ladder there. Remind yourself the ladder and others. With the right kind of input and passion. And the very timing and timing of it always. This ladder is now there rest is upto you. Its the desire to walk up and see from top. Whatever may be the limitation ahead. Just try to consult and get things done. With time and search sure will reach. Time is the most precious thing. Search for valuing time and you will find. The correct ladders at any time point. Ladders are just there always sort it out. Why this opportunity is given in this form. Use it the best way possible out there. Not there for anything as it demands. But is there to do things that help ones. KK

#p56 Dear Gen Z, Our soles are moulded in a way that needs everything. We are neither workholic nor lethargic, we value wealth, but not above all. We keep our profession, passion, family, friends, love and all on a particular level that none of these get inundated over anything. We need BREAK sometimes. Our minds will thirst for rejuvenation. For us, we should be imparted. So asking your HR for a vacation is not a sin. If you are a manager, reading this, if you are getting 100 from them, make it 150 by telling a ' you enjoy man' I remember,My senior, the Asst. GM of Lamit group Riyasbabu parachola who is also the HRM, asking the employees to take vacation whenever they go down. In his practice, it is the first thing someone can do to get out of the mood swings and mental troubles employees can have. So don't hesitate to ASK FOR A VACATION. Stay Happy 😊 #hr #happywork #vacation #break #breakfromwork
