Do you read back the ingredient list before buying anything from the shop/supermarket? . . . Recently, one of the habits that I have inculcated is to read the ingredient list before buying any packaged stuff, and believe that has helped me make better eating decisions. This helps to check expiry dates as well which I never used to check before. And this has helped me to reduce the sugar content in my diet which is the biggest positive 👍 Thanks to people like Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer) 🙌 who are helping people make better conscious decisions What is your recent habit that has made a positive impact on your life? #food #moderntrade #supermarkets #blinkit #zepto #swiggy #ingredients #foodpackaging #healthylifestyle #healthydiet #nosugar
I and possibly majority have not started this, thanks for the reminder! Interestingly, this is one of the purposes of self-serve and modern trade stores and also that is why regulatory bodies had to put up the rules but sadly decision fatigue and laziness wins.
I too started reading back labels, post watching Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer) videos, enlightened, thanks to his contribution to society
