We're excited to share that we’ve commenced drilling below the pit outline at our high-grade Adumbi gold project, with the ambitious goal of achieving Tier 1 status by expanding our resource to 5M oz! Key highlights: 3 core rigs are on-site, ready to drill below the 3.66M oz resource at Adumbi, as well as along the promising structure at Imbo East, located 8km away. A total of 11,000 meters of drilling is planned, targeting underground resources at Adumbi to help us breach the Tier 1 threshold. At Imbo East, we're initiating scout drilling with approximately 12 proposed holes on a shear structure that could mirror Adumbi's potential. We've reported additional high-grade lithium results from multiple pegmatites including 46m at 2.5% Li₂O within 67m at 1.9% Li₂O, highlighting the growing potential of our Tabba Tabba Lithium Project near Port Hedland, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Recent drilling at Tabba Tabba focused on extending the Luke Pegmatite and testing potential extensions to the Chewy North Pegmatite. Concurrently, diamond drilling has progressed geotechnical study work to assess the competency of wall rock for future mine development. Most of the new drilling results are from the Leia and Chewy North pegmatites. Results continue to demonstrate thick, high grades at the Leia Pegmatite and a new high-grade zone at Chewy North, which returned 15.0m @ 1.6% Li₂O from 305.0m, including 6m at 2.9% Li₂O. Drilling at Han identified new high-grade zones, including 9m at 1.9% Li₂O. Since July 2023, we have drilled +105,000m at Tabba Tabba, and remain well-funded with $77.2 million to advance exploration and development. The maiden drilling program at our Cerro-Bayo Silver-Gold Project in Chile has outlined a large area of high-grade mineralisation which sits well outside the current Mineral Resource Estimate. The assays from the Pegaso 7 prospect, which is 2km from the existing Resource and processing plant, outline a mineralised area of 600m along strike to a depth of 300m. Our CEO Tim Laneyrie said: “Our first drilling program at Cerro Bay has returned exceptional results which clearly demonstrate the potential for substantial resource growth. We have outlined a large area of high-grade mineralisation which remains open in all directions. Importantly, the vein structures which host the mineralisation extend for 1km along surface, highlighting the huge potential to continue growing this mineralised footprint. Given this, we are planning an expanded drilling program which is aimed at growing this mineralised area. Maximus Resources Limited (ASX:MXR, OTC:MXRRF) managing director Tim Wither joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss the positive results from Phase 2 drilling at #WattleGoldDam, near Kambalda, Western Australia. The drilling confirmed elevated #gold, with samples showing up to 1-metre at 8.05 g/t of gold. The site is positioned along the Spargoville shear zone, where a potential structural offset of the high-grade Wattle Dam Gold Mine has been identified. The discovery of biotite-amphibole alterations within the rock indicates promising #goldprospectivity, as biotite has historically been a marker for high-grade mineralisation at Wattle Dam. Wither noted that the Phase 2 results build confidence in the geological model and enhance future exploration prospects. Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN, OTC:ANDMF) has acquired a 51% interest in the #EyreKaolinJointVenture (EKJV) in South Australia after meeting the requirements of the Stage 1 earn-in In August 2021, the company agreed with Peninsula Exploration Pty Ltd to earn up to an 80% interest in four tenements held by Peninsula.  These tenements, located near ADN's #TheGreatWhiteProject (TGWP), include #kaolinprospects with properties complementary to those at TGWP. Andromeda has met the Stage 1 earn-in requirements by spending A$750,000 on exploration and evaluation activities within three years.  Drilling on EKJV tenements resulted in a combined inferred resource of 53.5 million tonnes of #kaolin, announced in November 2023. This includes 27 million tonnes of Bright White, low #titaniumkaolinisedgranite (Chairlift CRM) and 26.5 million tonnes of #rheologymodified kaolin (Chairlift HRM). Toubani Resources has announced its 2024 MRE for the Kobada #Gold Project, in #Mali, following the success of a recent resource definition drilling campaign. "Our vision is to reposition Kobada as a reduced technical risk, low strip, bulk-tonnage, oxide-dominant open pit development project of scale. Having converted over 80% of our oxide inferred ounces, we now have 1.4 Moz of oxide material in Indicated resources on which to base the DFS update, 44% more than in the previous MRE. With almost 50 Mt of such material, as well as a 10% increase in estimated grade in the new MRE, the improved tonnage and grade profile is anticipated to improve the results of the forthcoming DFS update." - Phil Russo https://lnkd.in/daAfcX-B
