🎊🎊On August 20th, the signing ceremony for the Indonesian local photovoltaic supply chain cooperation was held in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. Wu Fei, Chairman of Suntech Power, Rachmat Kaimuddin - Deputy for Infrastructure and Transportation Coordination of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves) Republic of Indonesia, and Shinta Widjaja Kamdani - Coordinating Vice Chairwoman III for Maritime, Investment and Foreign Affairs of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia) attended the ceremony. This signing ceremony marked a profound collaboration between Suntech Power and Indonesia's Ministry of Energy, playing a positive role in fostering industrial upgrading and energy structure transformation in Indonesia. At the ceremony, Suntech Power, along with multiple Chinese photovoltaic industry chain enterprises, formally signed cooperation agreements with KADIN Indonesia and Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB). Meanwhile, Mr. Wu Fei delivered a speech and shared his insights in the subsequent thematic forum. In his speech, Mr. Wu pointed out that Chinese photovoltaic enterprises have actively responded to Indonesia's significant energy demands and urgent transformation aspirations. Through an innovative fund model, they collaborate with outstanding Indonesian enterprises to jointly build the photovoltaic industry chain. He also acknowledged the competitive challenges faced by the industry and emphasized that Indonesia, as an important strategic partner, possesses immense market potential. Transferring advanced production capacity can contribute to a win-win situation for both parties. He expressed firm confidence in the future development of Indonesia's photovoltaic industry. During the panel discussion, Mr. Wu further highlighted that as the economic core of ASEAN and a leader in Southeast Asia, Indonesia holds great potential in photovoltaic development due to its abundant energy resources and large population base. With economic and population growth, as well as the demand for cross-border electricity cooperation from neighboring countries such as Singapore, Indonesia's demand for renewable energy is rising sharply. Suntech Power attaches great importance to the development of photovoltaics in Indonesia and leads Chinese photovoltaic material suppliers to work together with the Indonesian government to promote the construction of the photovoltaic industry chain and optimize Indonesia's energy structure. In the future, Suntech will further assist Indonesia in introducing more high-quality Chinese photovoltaic material suppliers, helping to improve Indonesia's local photovoltaic manufacturing industry chain. Choose Suntech, choose reliability and a guarantee of quality! Suntech, standing the test of time!🌞🌞
