If you're thinking to come home, this is the right time and some way Medical Center is the right place. I would say I spent most of my adult working life in the UK. Both my kids were born and raised in the UK. We have a lot of fond memories. But at the back of my mind I always knew that at some point I was going to come back home to Malaysia. I think one of the main things is that I've lived in the UK, I've lived in Singapore, but nothing beats actually being back here in Malaysia. My parents are getting older. Her magician. I feel it's only right that I'm here for my family and my parents, especially at this point of life with me having kids growing. I think it's about time for us to come home, come close to our family members in militia. Still, what I consider home is where my family, my extended family, my friends are still what I will say like Donna Tumpa data too. Suddenly Hospital is a quaternary hospital in Malaysia. Besides that, it has a strong multidisciplinary team. Seeing how the leadership here has been so interested in developing the culture of delivering, delivering care to older persons. And I thought if that's what they are so invested in right now, that this is the right place for me to sort of contribute my expertise as well. So for me, sorry is a really big hospital. And I need to practice in a place where I know that we or me can actually practice PwC endocrinology focus in that it provides a very good environment, multidisciplinary team, good collaboration for us, you know, more medical professionals to put to to practice in Malaysia. I have to relearn my Mandarin and also the dialects so that I will be able to communicate with my patients so that they will be able to understand their disease better. They need to respect the different cultural belief and I need to sometimes spend some time to to explain to the family about some myth that they believe. Food wise, I think certainly Malaysia has a better food compared to Singapore. So I think we we we definitely enjoy. Getting back. I'm hoping that I can draw upon my experience and knowledge I've gained from the UK to further enhanced respiratory training here in Malaysia. As we all know, Malaysia is becoming an aging population. I hope that with the skill sets that we obtained throughout the training, I'll be able to develop a service locally and cooperate with the people locally to provide the best care for the older adults would like to. Provide the best, highest standard of medical care to our children in Malaysia. I think it's the same. I actually wanted to just give them the same set of care in United States here. The security of knowing that there was a job already waiting for me lined up for me back home just kept me that confidence I needed to take the leap. One of the key things is don't delay in terms of your registration with MC and NSR because that takes a long time for it all to be done and dusted. So get it going now rather than delaying going. Visit the place that you would like to work so that you can understand. What's the opportunities? They are as well. And also speak to family and friends who have gone through it before and I get some useful tips from them. I guess, you know, we eventually we, it's our home. We can get used to it, we can adjust to it. For me, I think the most important thing is to be near family and then to serve your people. So come back, we need you.
