As of February 13th, you can now have Bidirectional Activity Sync between Salesforce and HubSpot!
Now, you can seamlessly sync campaign activity data – from meetings and calls to email tasks – bidirectionally between HubSpot and Salesforce.
Why does this matter?
Previously, syncing activities was a one-way street, limited to Salesforce ➡️ HubSpot. But with this update, you can ensure both platforms stay in sync, keeping your Salesforce environment updated with the latest changes from HubSpot.
How does it work?
It's simple:
Navigate to your personal portal dropdown menu.
Select "Product Updates."
Locate the "Bidirectional Activities Sync Public Beta" and hit "Join Beta."
Once opted in, enable the new two-way sync feature under the existing 'Activities' tab on the main Salesforce integration application page.
Who can benefit from this?
This feature is now available to a wide range of users, including CMS Enterprise, CMS Pro, Enterprise Customer Platform, Professional Customer Platform, Marketing Enterprise, Marketing Pro, Sales Enterprise, Sales Pro, Service Enterprise, and Service Pro.
