I love to see that HubSpot and Salesforce continue to play well together 🧡 As of February 13th, you can now have Bidirectional Activity Sync between Salesforce and HubSpot! Now, you can seamlessly sync campaign activity data – from meetings and calls to email tasks – bidirectionally between HubSpot and Salesforce. Why does this matter? Previously, syncing activities was a one-way street, limited to Salesforce ➡️ HubSpot. But with this update, you can ensure both platforms stay in sync, keeping your Salesforce environment updated with the latest changes from HubSpot. How does it work? It's simple: Navigate to your personal portal dropdown menu. Select "Product Updates." Locate the "Bidirectional Activities Sync Public Beta" and hit "Join Beta." Once opted in, enable the new two-way sync feature under the existing 'Activities' tab on the main Salesforce integration application page. Who can benefit from this? HubSpot <> Salesforce integration is changing! So what's new? 1. Updates to HubSpot's Embed. Salesforce users can now see the full contact record activity from HubSpot in Salesforce; we used to be limited to the first five, which created a lot of context switching and confusion.     2. Sync activities and tasks between HubSpot and Salesforce. A huge developement and it's a bi-directional sync and is a big step to building a truly distributed source of truth. Now businesses can keep all lead generation activities in HubSpot and have full visibility on what is happending to opportunties in Salesforce - not HubSpot. No more having to check two systems!     3. Use HubSpot's Embed to schedule meetings in Salesforce (if you're prospecting) along with enrolling Contacts in a HubSpot sequence directly from Salesforce. This means there is no longer a need to add a third prospecting tool to your HubSpot + Salesforce stack. You're CFOs are going to love it - when you release a tonne of budget from that additional cadene tool, you no longer need!     While you all know I'm pro bring all data into a single RevOps Platform to reduce the total cost of RevTech ownership - for those that are locked-in to using Salesforce this makes things a lot easier for Salesforce + HubSpot users.
