Complete Sweep has now been using EQUIPR Software for 6months allowing us to go paperless and improve our processes. This software has removed the need for our old paper dockets & pre-starts to an Application on our Operators phones making it more environmentally friendly, efficient & timely (not to mention user friendly for our operators). It has allowed us to:- * Email signed/completed job dockets to our customers immediately after a job is completed * Reduced the time to get daily invoices to our customers from an average of 4-5days down to 1-2days. Which has helped our customers with job costings. * Cut down our paper usage by 70% and removed the need to chase up dockets from Operators. * Track our Servicing Schedules with equipment hours * Provided additional reporting to management on asset utilization, top customers, equipment type usage, and operator times. * Easily search old jobs, contacts, and addresses. * Setup regular recurring jobs and duplicate existing jobs for the future. * Attach additional notes and maps to job addresses so this information is kept permanently for all future jobs

Are you underplaying? It’s astonishing to me how many new consultants 👉 Can’t conceive charging 6-10K for their services 👉 Underplay their achievements They think “Who will pay for it?” or “I haven’t proved myself yet.” This is a nasty form of Imposter Syndrome. Truth be told —> they have accomplished so MANY things. They’ll say “Oh yeah, I did manage millions of dollars in accounts.” One client told me “I was in charge of a billion-dollar budget overseas.” HELLO proof! These are highly transferable skills and quantifiable metrics - AKA proof. If this is you - know that… Just because you haven’t procured the clients yourself (yet)...
