Credit unions have bounced back in customer satisfaction, according to the just-released American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) Finance Study 2023-2024. After a 5-year slide, credit unions make a comeback with an ACSI score of 79 that now trails banks by just a point. In other words...the gap is almost gone! https://lnkd.in/dRnvxCDj
