2mowhen I look at this picture: this sums up the forces and individuals who are making our success in Europe and Africa. without a good Technical Support Team: - impossible to answer correctly to our customers questions - impossible to make a convincing PoC - impossible to correctly integrate with other vendors in the security industry (Video, Access, Intrusion/Alarm/Fire) - impossible to make big projects of 200, 500, 1000 or 4000 doors. - impossible to have the perfect [customer journey] where someone tries Suprema at first and then will repeat using our products (until they try something else by mistake and come back to Suprema again !) - When I receive calls from large companies requesting for our solution I ask: "how did you get to know about Suprema? Internet, Brochure, Exhibition, Partner, Advertisement in Magazine, .. ?" - answer is 85% of time: "Someone that I trust, has been talking to me good about your solutions. He has been using it for years and recommended it to me" our Customers good Referrals = our best marketing investment ! thanks Kate and your team !
