🚚 URGENT ELD Compliance Alert for Carriers & Drivers 🚚 As of February 28, 2024, the FMCSA has officially removed five ELD devices from their registered list due to non-compliance with regulatory standards. The devices affected are CI ELD LOGS, CN ELD, KSK ELD, TT ELD 30, and TT ELD 1010. What This Means for You: If you're currently using any of these devices, immediately switch to paper logs or alternative logging software. You have 60 days, until April 28, 2024, to transition to a compliant ELD solution. Avoid Compliance Issues: Don’t risk fines or out-of-service orders! Ensure your fleet is equipped with FMCSA-registered ELDs. Considering a switch? The Journeo system gives verified users access to critical footage and evidence in minutes rather than hours, as footage can now be accessed remotely, removing the need for anyone to visit a vehicle and download information manually. Bus Vannin’s decision to use Journeo’s solution means there is also no need to replace existing equipment on vehicles, as the Portal works with a wide range of existing CCTV recorders and cameras.
