When it comes to #Bollywood , have been a fan of Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Tiwari, & many other theator actors who have inspired not only with there acting on reel life but relentless efforts that they have made to achieve the milestones. You will find stories about their struggle, hustle and efforts. Few month back Narayan Murthi one statement brought storm on internet when he said, 70/80 Hr work should be normal. Somehow, media, new generation influncers, internet and offcourse today, YouTube Vlog generation have found shortcuts for many things, to earn money and live a life, glamourization of these shortcut is not only destroying a whole generation but also destroying the resources of the nation. When India banned #Tiktok everyone thought what could be reason ? but at the core, the problem is real. Nothing comes easy, for every success, there is struggle, hustle, nightless sleep, support of a family who might have waited hours of hours and month on month. In reality, nothing work as per "quotes" but most of the time, we learn things with "hardway". Naval Kant in one of his podcast have said, for a greator cause and mission, sometime someone has to make sacrifices, for the desire to impact. Life is brutal and hard. Not all have luxry to give motivational gyan. once we accept it, work for your greator goal to achieve. I understood, working for entrepreneurial ecosystem requires lot of commitment, it's not only for startups where we tell them to work day and night, but for enablers like us too, to work day and night for them, to make sure that they achieve things. It's time not to make policies by sitting in an AC room. That's how you drive things on Mission mode. isn't it ? Signing off for the week, while traveling from IIM Kashipur to Chandigarh and travelling in a foggy weather; around 8 to 10 hour one way journey in the cab. My days are filled with work and nights, seems to be more on #flights and #cabs . But I enjoy the work 🪴 Some day I too might be giving gyan that focus on this, that and blah blah. what are your thoughts around it ? #Mobilepost #reality #life #motivation #Inspired #hustle #entrepreneurship #GovTech

Helping Businesses upscale + Save 25% | CEO CARGO MOVERS 20 yrs+| Mentored 5K+ Entrepreneurs | Trusted Custom Broker | Swimmer🥇 | BNI 2016 I Ex-BNI President I VP Toastmaster
Many people are asking me, why I am posting content appreciating others. Are, these any tactics? Hmm, actually yes, a strategy to bring positive change, making a difference. We often criticize and troll others, products, or firms for their mistakes and actions, so why can't we appreciate if they do something really good? Every day we hear the news of trolling and mocking people without a reason, without thinking about their mental health. Recently, I read an article where #SharkTankIndia judges, Namita Thapar, and Vineeta Singh were talking about trolling, I felt bad, and it's not only them, thousands of people going through the same, so why can't we show some #support? You must have heard the quote, "Praise in public, criticize in private". I will appreciate, and give a shout-out to everyone, for their incredible work. I like the work culture of Decathlon Sports India, the business model of Sonata Software, and Uber, and startups like Zomato India, Ola, Swiggy, and RodBez, these all are outstanding. I will keep praising #TeamIndia through their highs and lows, I will keep appreciating Blinkit, Zepto, and rising Indian talent even at their lowest, everything starts from zero, no? I will keep supporting Ankur Warikoo for highlighting financial tips among youngsters, Rekha M Menon for her leadership among women, Sorav Jain, Sharan Hegde, Shradha Sharma, and Rishi Jain for bringing a new energy-inspiring startup culture. I will admire Drishti Sharma and Ishan Sharma for promoting a powerful mindset, and productivity. I will salute Alakh Pandey (PhysicsWallah) for his dedication, and for working selflessly for students and acknowledge Raj Shamani for building a knowledgeable podcast. I will be cherishing more such people. Why don't you join me in making a difference? Let's come together to bring a positive change and eliminate negative thoughts, a little from our society. Thank you all, keep inspiring. #cargomovers #personalbranding #socialmedia #businesses #enterpreneur #thanksgiving #gratitude PW (PhysicsWallah) Deepinder Goyal SUGAR Cosmetics #Inspiring #startup #TeamIndia

There is no #worklifebalance. There's only #worklifeintegration. You live for your work for the first few years. edMinds.IN Naukri.com founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani backs Narayana Murthy but says 70-hour work week 'is not religion' Sharing his thoughts on Shri N. R. Narayana Murthy's #70hourworkweek advice, Shri Sanjeev Bikhchandani, the founder of Info Edge India Ltd, which owns Naukri.com, said #entrepreneurs in India need to be ready to work very hard to succeed. However, he mentioned that he did not look at 70-hour work week as a "#religion". In a conversation with Jivraj Singh Sachar on the Indian Silicon Valley Bank podcast, Bikhchandani emphasised that there was no entrepreneur in India who was successful without a '#worklife #integration'. "70 hours a week is not religion. I think the concept was to be prepared to work as hard as required and that may be much harder than you're working right now," Bikhchandani said. He said in the early years as a Start- Up founder there is typically no work-life balance. "If you look at any entrepreneur in India right now who has succeeded, ask 'tune kitni mehnat ki' (how hard have you worked?). He will say 'maine bahot mehnat ki' (I have worked very hard'). Because to make something work in India you got to put in the hours. The truth is if you're doing a startup, there is no work-life balance. There's only work-life integration. You live for your work for the first few years." https://lnkd.in/gqHkFue2 Business Today Padayatchi.Foundation Business Today Chowkidar.Club #riser🌴 Business Today!

"Culture eats strategy for breakfast" - Peter Drucker. Numerous books have been written about it. We all know it deep down. But for a considerable period, Varun Sadana, co-founder of Supertails, was not fully convinced about it. Tune in to S03 EP02 of the #ThatOneIdea podcast series to know how Varun has defined a culture of friendship and camaraderie at Supertails, in his conversation with Anjali Sosale, Partner at WaterBridge Ventures. Many organisations hire candidates for their skills and talent. Culture fit for them is an afterthought. Surely, one would get adapted to the culture of the environment they are in. Decades of building at Unilever, Snapdeal | AceVector Group and Licious have taught Varun differently. Today, he places culture at the core of Supertails. Intent and culture fit are the two most important criteria a candidate needs to fulfil before getting hired. Capability comes third. Culture needs to be defined by the ones at the top, typically the co-founders. Then only the team gets built into that culture. India has an adequate number of smart folks who can be taught the rules of the game. What can't be taught is mindset and culture. If the right culture fit doesn't exist, then individuals will not be happy at work, and eventually, they will leave. So the culture of friendship is one tenet that stands out for Varun. In hindsight, friendship formed the basis of his relationship with his co-founders Aman and Vineet. Friends are allowed to have disagreements when working together, but they mend and move on too. Friends don't have a sense of ego amongst them, and often work collaboratively without self-gains in mind. Ultimately, friendship creates an environment where people enjoy coming to work. Tune in to #ThatOneIdea to learn more about Varun and his inspiring journey. Watch the full video here: https://lnkd.in/gyjaAmSn Manish | Ashish

It's the responsibility of every individual now! The Make Calcutta Relevant Again (MCRA) Podcast was started by Meghdut RoyChowdhury to showcase the stories that have emerged from our city, Kolkata, to inspire the whole community. But on the whole, the purpose of Make Calcutta Relevant Again is to give the city its glory days back, the days when we were the business capital of our country. It has done amazing work over the last few years, but now it's the responsibility of every individual to step up and do the needful at our end to achieve what we want to see instead of complaining. #1: If your friend or anyone in the family is starting their own business, put all your efforts into finding relevant connections for them. #2: If you like a product or service, give that brand a shoutout in social media and WhatsApp groups. #3: Find ways to collaborate with similar businesses so we can eliminate the term "competition" as much as possible. #4: Try locally-made products and learn more about their business instead of having an "only fancy product" mindset. #5: Guide and empower every individual and bring more diversity to the table, as you never know from where the next big idea will emerge. If we all start doing what is needed from our end instead of criticism and comparison, we never know what's in store for the city. #Entrepreneurship #Business #Startups

Building Re-Desyn: Content To Commerce | 35Under35 EntrepreneursToday | NIFT Mumbai | Delhi University | Mission StartAB Winner (Amazon Prime) | Creator Commerce Expert | Dance & Music Lover | Lives In Gratitude🫶🏻
#MyStory As an employee before pursuing entrepreneurship, I traveled 1.5 hours one way & another 1.5 hours back from office to home in my first job, kharghar to colaba via local train & back. I worked on Sundays, while staying in a 1RK after finishing college in Kharghar, while also cooking my meals & petting a cat. After all this, I went on family calls, spent time with friends, watched TV, listened to music & followed dance regularly. This was all very natural & effortless, never came as something extraordinary, difficult or unique as many co-workers had a similar lifestyle. And we all were happy. :) I shifted to Mumbai after 2 years of this routine, shifted jobs & kept traveling, with “work from home” not being a concept at all. And life kept happening. Nowadays, both as an employee & an employer, I find it unusual that people want work life balance (no age or marital-status bar here), work from homes, small travel time, comfort, multiple leaves & a lot more which is new. Still so many are unhappy, dissatisfied, switch easily, complain of work culture & give up real quick. There is loads of talent out there. Not glamourising the endless hustle, but times have really changed. #ReDesyn #WorkLifeBalance #Entrepreneurship #Founders #Hustle #WorkFromHome #MentalHealth

I Help Working Women Achieve Their Dreams With Purpose And Power | Life Coach | Ex-Microsoft | Founder @ AltMart (Vegan e-marketplace) | Head of People & Culture @ Hotcult Media, PAD Mktg & Amusement Park Ent.
It's a Monday again. Let me tell you an interesting story before you get carried away by the blues, Did you know that India's leading platform for startup stories and entrepreneurial inspiration was started by a women? Yes, you probably didn't know this but YourStory Media was started by Shradha Sharma. Driven by the belief that "People are just as extraordinary as they believe themselves to be," Shradha built YourStory from the ground up. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the unwavering spirit of entrepreneurship.Born in a small town in Bihar, Shradha's path wasn't always easy. Her childhood experiences of being underestimated and judged only fueled her determination to succeed. I am awed by women who redefine everything we're taught. ↳ changing the narrative from the age old ones ↳ building on great ideas and transforming the landscape ↳ reimagining the definition of success ↳ creating better workplaces and so much more. I get inspired to better everyday because women like her. I wish we had more of them stepping in to inspire a generation. Here are some key takeaways from Shradha's story: → Tackle adverse condition, You will have challenges, struggles and multiple bottlenecks when you are trying to become the best and achieve dreams that you thought were not achievable. Smartness is in tackling and getting broken down by them. → Believe in yourself when no one else does, Well, there's a chance no one will believe you because no one believed them - that doesn't have to become your reality. Focus on what truly matters and keep being your own fuel. → Be brave to tell your story, Ultimately it doesn't matter where you were born, who you are and all the underlying facts. What matters the most is if you made someone's life better during your lifetime. If yes, you have lived a purposeful life. → Be persistent in whatever you do, Nothing comes home in the first shot. You might see stories of overnight success - that is years and years of struggle and hardwork. Ps. What did you learn from this post? If you connect with what I share, please do repost for a friend in your connection. #Womeninbusiness #YourStory And, if you are ever stuck in this journey, I am just a call away. Founder | Chief Executive Officer | Karepa Technologies Pvt Ltd.| Creating job opportunities in india | Bringing smiles to your life | Your Family companion at your fingertips
This morning, as I was on my way to the office, I saw an auto driver who caught my eye. He was wearing a regular driver’s uniform, but on the back, he had stitched a powerful message: "Don't look for happiness, create it." This simple statement really made me think. In a busy city like Bangalore, many of us are always chasing happiness, feeling like it's just out of reach. We rush through our days, thinking happiness is something we need to find instead of something we can make ourselves. What impressed me about this auto driver was not just his creativity in sharing such an important message, but also how it inspires others. With his words, he encourages many people to rethink how they view happiness. Instead of waiting for joy to come to us, we can create it through our actions and how we treat others. Let’s take a moment to think about this lesson. How can we, in our own lives and workplaces, create an atmosphere where happiness is built rather than searched for.#Happiness #startup #Bangalore
