PROOF! ⚠️Our fasteners last much longer and need less maintenance. No need to buy twice like with steel tube systems. Moreover item Fasteners are much more suitable for racks which are in constant movement for example when being carried by an AGV. ✅ item Fastener D30 – 60mm drop height: > 50.000 cycles ❌ European steel tube brand – 60mm drop height: only 25-75 cycles We did a fastener endurance “drop test” to simulate boxes with 15kg loads to be dropped on our racks in order to test how long our fasteners can resist the force compared to a different European steel tube brand. ➡️total weight of the box 15kg ➡️drop height between 50 and 100mm ➡️The test failed when the fastener slipped about 0,2mm; if the fastener broke; or cracked along the vertical tube (controlled by air pressure). Often, certain factors are overlooked when making a purchase decision. Only the initial costs are taken into account, but unfortunately not the expenses for maintenance, the limited lifetime and similar long-term, cost-intensive issues. #quality #engineering #manufacturing #buildingkitsystem
