Secondary caregivers are granted one paid day off for their child's birth, plus up to four weeks to bond with their newborn. 🤰 Fertility Care: Additional 40 hours of paid time off that team members can utilize to attend medical appointments during pregnancy or fertility treatments, on top of PTO or sick days. 🧠 Confidential Counseling Services: As personal difficulty and challenges can arise, we offer discreet, company-sponsored counseling services - allowing employees to receive support from licensed professionals when they need it most.  💼 Meal Allowance: Every Mate receives an additional monthly stipend to cover meal expenses and groceries. We believe in the importance of supporting our Mates to lead balanced lives – not only during work hours.
