Nearly two centuries of high-quality, highly customer-focused innovation are paying off for Kiekert: we are happy to announce that we have been selected to an incredible FIRST PLACE in the overall ranking of Germany’s most innovative small and medium-sized enterprises by stern.de GmbH magazine and the DtGV - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH. 🎉 🥇 🙌 💪   The study takes into account all German companies up to a turnover of one billion euros a year and focuses on their “patent performance”, i. e. all patents granted during the study period and their relevance for the innovation activity of the economy. This latter can be deduced by the “forward and backward citation” within the R&D community, meaning how often patents of a company are cited in other patents or how often other patents are mentioned in granted patents.   Of course, we have also been selected first place in our own #automotive supplier sector … but as we've been awarded here already last year and are since long by far outperforming our peers with almost 4,000 patents registered that’s something that was almost to expect 😉!   Congrats to our highly creative, professional, globally set-up and advanced R&D team! 🥂   #Kiekertfamily #Greatagain #Innovation #ShapingTheFuture 

💼Share the news echoing the visit received at Iberia Compositech Manufacturing by authorities such as José Manuel Aranda Lassa, Mayor of Calatayud, Arturo Ballano Juárez , Carlos Riosalido, and Mar Paños, Director General of Industrial Promotion and Transformation of the Government of Aragon. This visit was on the occasion of the TDI-FEDER aids for Industrial Transformation and Development, which have allowed 120 companies in the region, including ours, to continue their commitment to innovation and competitiveness. Iberia Compositech being the best valued, created 3 years ago, which has seen its workforce grow by almost 40 employees. We would like to thank the Department of Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon for its support to the business fabric. 🌟𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭! Introducing Peter Alderliesten from Susteco, A Bosch Company! 🌟 🚀Peter joined Bosch in 2012 in the Netherlands as an Operation Manager. His road led him to working for Bosch in Frankfurt, The Philippines, Costa Rica and the USA. Then joining Susteco in 2024 to support in setting it up in a way that scaling up would be facilitated. 💼When asked about what he enjoys most about working at Susteco he said: "It is the high level of professionalism. Where I expected to have to create processes from the ground up, most of the processes were already there and people were working according to them." As an unexpected benefit Peter mentions that the agile work environment at Susteco enables him to learn a few things aside from his field. Even more striking is the openness from the board and all colleagues in the team. 🌍"I will only regret the things I have done, not the things I have not" is a motto that Peter lives by. 👨💼Our latest Division Meeting took place in Bad Erlach, Austria, November 13-14, 2024.   📈 With various presentations and presence of our Recycling Management Board members, General Managers & HQ services representatives, as well as valuable input from other Prinzhorn Group colleagues, we discussed a wide range of topics regarding this year's results and exciting expansion plans and projects ahead.   👥The topic of people was a focal point throughout our talks.
