I don't squat or deadlift anymore. And you know what? I don’t feel like I need to. My body doesn't like me if I do, especially when it comes to squatting. After 20 years of playing pro rugby, I'm a bit banged up. Could I fix it? Probably. But why should I? There are plenty of other ways to stay fit and strong, I have loads of better options. What have you sacrificed from your old fitness routine? Have you sacrificed anything? Or.. Are you still doing exercises that make you feel stiff just because you think you should? Big mistake!!
