Just because it’s in our field of vision, doesn't mean we see it.
Because none of us is as smart as all of us.
That’s why we need to harness the collective intelligence, to bring things to our attention and work out how we’re going to win.
For me this is a core part of what I always valued about being a member of a peer advisory group with The Executive Connection (TEC): harnessing the collective intelligence in the room to shine light on what is sometimes right in front of you (and you just can’t see it), to then craft a winning set of actions the group will hold you to account for.
Yesterday this very heart of TEC was perfectly captured in a cracking session by Rick Coker with KEY116 in Brisbane. Rick shared his knowledge on how to set and execute on strategy through three core pillars of success: strategy, people and execution.
The session was timed to set members up for success as they go forth into the new financial year and make it the best one yet for them, their team, business and clients.
Perhaps in a "democraship" full of "insultants" using rocks to deliver on the 20%?
How are you setting yourself up for success in FY25?
Perhaps a peer advisory group is part of the puzzle: https://lnkd.in/eSjbSHjR
