As we near the end of 2024 and look back over the year: Have you worked on a project, done some research or developed a process that you'd like to share with your colleagues in the posture and mobility sector? Why not consider presenting at #PMG2025 taking place in Telford on 14 - 16 July?
The Call for Papers is open until next Monday 13 January. Submit your abstract here https://lnkd.in/g2CYDcF
There are various ways that you could be involved with #PMG2025: * Free papers are an approx. 20-minute plenary presentation held in the main conference hall.
* Breakout sessions are presentations/workshops held in smaller breakout rooms, lasting for one hour in total (sometimes 2 presentations of 30 minutes are combined in one breakout)
* Poster exhibition: the posters are displayed within the exhibition hall.
You have until Monday 13 January 2025 to submit your proposal.

Want to create impactful influence at your next industry conference?
Do this...
Create your own newspaper.
Yes, a real-life, print newspaper.
Atending the "Acme Conference"?
Create the "Acme Conference News."
In the newspaper (and online), feature:
* Full agenda and calendar of events
* Interviews with key speakers from the conference
* Other relevant industry news
Print enough copies to:
* Leave at every table at the conference
* Put at hotel doors (hire a kid or other person to drop off at hotel rooms)
* Hand out at the conference -- better than a business card
It's much less expensive and time consuming than a booth...
More memorable...
And more effective.
By the way, it doesn't take much work at all.
This is today's #10EffortlessPRTipsin10Days.

As we prepare for the 57th Biennial NAD Conference, we want to know what you think the NAD focus on in the next term, 2024-2026. For the first time this year, we are asking communities to share input on which priority should be in the top five. Before Delegates discuss and vote on the priorities during the Council of Representatives – we believe your input matters.
Fill out the online form (https://lnkd.in/e9iY-Dej), you can select up to five priorities – we will share your input during the Forums and at COR during #NAD2024 in Chicago.
[VIDEO DESC & TRANSCRIPT: Michelle is standing in front of a camera.
MICHELLE: What should we focus on for the next two years? Let me back up. The NAD tends to have their own to-do list, but we also make room for communities to share input on what is important to them for the NAD Board to address within the two-year term. That is what we call our top five priorities. For prior conferences, we tend to invite communities to submit priority proposals, then have an open forum for NAD members to discuss which proposals should make it into the top five.
Anyway, after the forums, the remaining proposals then get discussed during the business meeting, which we call Council of Representatives (COR). COR has representatives from State Associations and Affiliates from all over the US, those people are Delegates. During COR, Delegates discuss and vote on the priorities, to make the final top 5. Delegates also vote on any bylaw amendments, resolution proposals, and open board positions. So where do YOU come in? Before the Delegates decide the top five priorities – we want to show you the proposals, so you have the opportunity to discuss and tell your representative (delegate) which priorities to support. They need to know what’s important to you - so that during COR, delegates can use their power and vote. Your input will impact our work for the next 2 years! Check out the proposals, review, discuss and let everyone know what you think!]
The Explore DDD CFP is open until August 30. Codemash's CFP is opening on August 15 and goes until the end of the month.
