Cultivating personal accountability presents a significant challenge in driving meaningful change towards sustainability. Gen Z and the youth in general are particularly receptive to sustainable practices, suggesting that there's much to learn from them. While it's unrealistic to expect immediate widespread adoption, we must acknowledge that fostering sustainable cultural change takes time within organizations. Maybe it's time to take note of the example set by the youth and take action now.
