What a milestone. Years of work finally coming to life.
At Booking.com, we know sustainability plays an increasingly crucial role in how travel businesses approach their operations. And for those who have invested in achieving a credible third-party certification, having that clearly displayed to potential guests is also increasingly important. That’s why we're very excited to announce that our accommodation partners will now be able to access tailored insights and support that guides them towards the third-party certifications that are best suited to their property’s profile, needs and operations. Accommodations that have achieved a third-party certification will have that information clearly displayed on Booking.com, and travelers can filter their searches accordingly. To date, more than 18.000 accommodations have a third-party certification displayed on our platform – and we’re looking forward to helping more partners join them and continue their journey! Check out Skift's Take on this exciting new development. https://lnkd.in/dyaNjZCe
A great evolution to the program 👏🏼🧳
A major milestone indeed! Incredibly exciting, what’s about to happen 🙌
It's great people can now see the real value of quality certification we have more EU Flowers in Ireland in 2007 24 awards , we need some quality marketing now on those that invest in these certificates as nobody gave benefits at that time in official tourism channels, thankfully Eu is changing this grey area which suited many . We need find cost effective standards authorities in Ireland as we were most expensive in Europe then .
