At Booking.com, we know sustainability plays an increasingly crucial role in how travel businesses approach their operations. And for those who have invested in achieving a credible third-party certification, having that clearly displayed to potential guests is also increasingly important. That’s why we're very excited to announce that our accommodation partners will now be able to access tailored insights and support that guides them towards the third-party certifications that are best suited to their property’s profile, needs and operations. Accommodations that have achieved a third-party certification will have that information clearly displayed on Booking.com, and travelers can filter their searches accordingly. To date, more than 18.000 accommodations have a third-party certification displayed on our platform – and we’re looking forward to helping more partners join them and continue their journey! come già scritto MILLE VOLTE vi faccio il riassuntino della situazione: In data 4 ottobre i soldi presenti nel mio wallet sono scomparsi e guardando la cronologia risultano spesi. Avendo chiamato 20 volte il vostro (non) customer care e avendovi scritto già 40 volte ho scoperto che i MIEI soldi sono stati spostati (non dda ME) su una carta di credito (NON MIA). Ora io voglio che voi mi diciate chi ha spostato i miei soldi e che fine hanno fatto.  Sulle mie carte di credito non ci sono. La carta sulla quale sono stati caricati i soldi non è mia. Potete gentilmente darvi una mossa e ridarmi i soldi ? Thanks ORA : Avete capito che qualcuno ha rubato i miei soldi dal wallet ? Avete capito che basta leggere il nome dell’intestatario della carta di credito sulla quale sono stati spostati i soldi per capire che non sono io ? Quanto ancora devo aspettare per riavere i miei €302.45 ????? Grazie Francesca

This is a great development and we hope to see more hotels recognising the value of certification to reduce overheads and attract guests who value sustainability. 🌱

A third-party certification is too costly for small business like ours (for example: cost via GreenKey: annually >2,5k EUR). As there is no other way (anymore) to apply for the sustainability badge (we had at Booking, based on factual self-assesment and independent checks by travellers) this is just helping a few big accomodations, and not the many boutique-resorts like ours galinibreeze.com

szukam pomocy bo pracownicy i infolinia zbywają mnie od 2 miesięcy. booking miał mi wypłacić refundację za nieudany pobyt, która zniknęła z mojego portfela w aplikacji. nie chcą podać kto wypłacił, musiało nastąpić włamanie na konto. chcę złożyć sprawę na policję, bo ja tych pieniędzy nie wyplacałam. ale nic mi nie chcą podać. zlożylam reklamację na ktoŕą nikt nie odpowiedział. uważajcie na swoje dane i numery kart. nie rozumiem braku chęci współpracy po stronie firmy, chyba też powinno im zależeć na wyjaśnieniu sprawy, a nie unikaniu tematu. bardzo żle to wygląda.
