Almost every real estate agent will tell you that curb appeal is one of the most important factors in a home sale. After all, that is a buyer’s first impression of your home and could be the determining factor of whether they view your home or not. Therefore, it’s imperative that you focus on enhancing the curb appeal of your home as much as possible before you place it on the market–especially this time of year when other homes will have flowers blooming and tidy lawns. Here are some ways to enhance the curb appeal of your home to ensure buyers want to come inside: 🏡 Plant annuals by the mailbox or front door to add color. 🏡 Paint your front door. 🏡 Add fresh mulch to the plant beds and pull weeds. 🏡 Mow the lawn frequently. 🏡 Add a welcome mat or wreath to make your home welcoming and homey. Spend some time outside this spring to tidy up your yard and add value to your home at the same time.
