If you have federal student loan debt, or love someone who does, I want everyone to know that there will be more borrowers getting relief in the coming months through the administration’s SAVE plan. I encourage you to learn about the various SAVE plan initiatives of this federal forgiveness plan and determine if you should apply for relief. #StudentLoanForgiveness #FederalAid #FinancialSupport
I have student loans which grow and grow...almost 70..wad a single mom for years and never missed a payment..sometimes at the expense of grocery money. Now I'm penalized because I was responsible and never missed a payment. I don't understand why I can't qualify just because I was responsible!!! Funny thing is...the degree I got was not enough to get the job I wanted. It was misrepresented.
How about lowering the cost of a higher education? That way everyone wins.if you want a degree you don't have to go into debt. And if you choose not to get a degree and learn a trade you can still benefit from lower costs. Either way, a successful graduate adds to the workforce and economy.
Best Wishes that everyone has a thoughtful & productive International Woman's Day, 2024. www.internationalwomensday.com
Hi Suze! I have over $100k in Student loan debt. I found your post to be very helpful. I have 4 degrees and I’m set to start Law School in 3 weeks. I am looking for any help I can get at this point. Thank you for posting!

8moWouldn’t forgiveness of loans hurt some people? Namely those who’ve already paid off their loans? I mean when you forgive a loan the money doesn’t just disappear. Someone has to pay it back. So wouldn’t those who have already paid off their loans have to, in effect, pay twice? That doesn’t seem fair to me.
