💡Spotlight Lower-Mid-Market #privatedebt has become increasingly important in Europe and especially in Germany in recent years. At the upcoming Private Debt Investor German Forum 2023, we will look at the current challenges the industry is facing due to a difficult fundraising environment, look at emerging opportunities and focus on specific areas - such as the lower mid market (LMM). As a member of the Advisory Board of the PDI, I am also pleased to support the conference thematically with a presentation on "Mapping the Lower Mid Market - Dimensions and pitfalls in investment decision-making". In this context, I will deal with the marketing preconceptions that "bigger is always better" and other dimensions of the LMM, provide insights into leverage levels and finally highlight pitfalls in due diligence.
