🌱 Extremely cool to experience knowledge sharing between two ambitious NatureTech companies: MORFO x Sylvera. Serge Kruppa, CTO at Sylvera, was a speaker at our Q3 Milestone Day yesterday. I can tell you that his talk resonated deeply with the entire MORFO team! Among the key insights shared by Serge, here are a few that stood out to me: 🐣 The challenge of premature scaling faced by many early-stage startups: how to prepare for growth without rushing or scaling before finding product-market fit. As Serge put it: “Avoid hiring too many people too early.” 🫁 The pursuit of organizational structures that are both efficient and simple, and the crucial role of establishing effective “mechanisms” to enforce values and processes. 🔄 The investment in customer feedback as an essential priority: “Regular feedback loops to drive customer value.” 🌟 Finally, a reminder that cultural values such as trust, long-term thinking, humility, and progress are far more important than perfection.
