Travel to customer sites to examine, assess conditions of the structure of properties like Flat, Bunglows, Residential/ Commercial Buildings, commercial properties etc 2. Use prescribed tools like Tapping Hammer, Infrared Thermal Camera, Moisture meter etc to inspect and identify problems such as water seepage, dampness, and other structural defects. 3. Analyze the source of problems by studying the structural background, problem history, and conducting scientific tests and observations. 4. Record observations, gather relevant data, and take photographs as per inspection checklist. Compile the data and create an inspection report. 5. Design effective and efficient treatment plans based on identified problems, and collaborate with domain SMEs and the production team if necessary. 6. Develop system and rectification measures, including designing standards, specifications, processes, step-by-step methodologies, and recommended materials to use. 7. Explain & present the observations, treatment plans, and recommendations to customers. 8. Generate quotes by obtaining rates from local vendors or the procurement team and incorporate necessary details such as warranty terms, work schedule, payment terms, and rates in alignment with company norms. 9. Why material damage, broken on site before 250 repetition?????? Most companies provide materials with the assurance that they can be used a minimum of 250 times (250 repetitions), but this is only if the specified methodology is followed. However, on site, we often can't even complete one building properly because the material starts breaking. The reasons for this include: 1. Proper methodology is not followed. 2. Proper packing is not provided for LS (Sunken) material. 3. Inadequate shuttering and deshuttering processes. 4. Lack of knowledge about deshuttering times. 5. Failure to use water jet sprays. 6. Improper oiling work. 7. Not using vibrators to remove concrete.
