Team lead exp Survey Division – Team Lead Responsibility: As Team Lead for Inspection Engineers, your primary responsibility is to drive lead conversion and deal closures through persuasive solutions and quotes, while ensuring accurate and thorough diagnosis, continuous improvement in inspections through R&D, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Core Duties: 1. Set clear performance goals for the inspection team and monitor their progress. 2. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the skills of the inspection engineers. 3. Ensure efficient conversion of prospects into clients through convincing solutions and quotes. 4. Maintain high client satisfaction by conducting thorough and professional inspections. 5. Oversee quality control, compliance, and documentation of inspections and reports. 6. Directly handle moderate and large-sized accounts to drive revenue growth. 7. Collaborate with SMEs and the production team for effective treatment solutions. 8. Attend pre-execution meetings and foster a collaborative team environment. 9. Encourage innovation and process improvements for enhanced efficiency. 10. Act as a mentor, supporting the professional development of inspection engineers. Team Size: 10-20 Person Inspection Engineer duties: (Reference Purpose) Conducting site inspections, detailed diagnosis, condition assessment of property structure as per the norms set by company. 1. Travel to customer sites to examine, assess conditions of the structure of properties like Flat, Bunglows, Residential/ Commercial Buildings, commercial properties etc 2. Use prescribed tools like Tapping Hammer, Infrared Thermal Camera, Moisture meter etc to inspect and identify problems such as water seepage, dampness, and other structural defects. 3. Analyze the source of problems by studying the structural background, problem history, and conducting scientific tests and observations. 4. Record observations, gather relevant data, and take photographs as per inspection checklist. Compile the data and create an inspection report. 5. Design effective and efficient treatment plans based on identified problems, and collaborate with domain SMEs and the production team if necessary. 6. Develop system and rectification measures, including designing standards, specifications, processes, step-by-step methodologies, and recommended materials to use. 7. Explain & present the observations, treatment plans, and recommendations to customers. 8. Generate quotes by obtaining rates from local vendors or the procurement team and incorporate necessary details such as warranty terms, work schedule, payment terms, and rates in alignment with company norms. 9.
