Ceisir mynegiannau o ddiddordeb drwy Fframwaith Contractwyr Rhanbarthol De-orllewin Cymru erbyn dydd Gwener 21 Chwefror cyn i'r broses dendro ddechrau ym mis Mawrth. Bydd yr hwb sector cyhoeddus yn cynnwys arwynebedd llawr masnachol ar gyfer siopau a bwytai ar y llawr gwaelod. Bydd Cyngor Abertawe ac amrywiaeth o bartneriaid sector cyhoeddus yn meddiannu'r swyddfeydd uwchlaw. Bydd cannoedd o weithiwyr yn yr hwb sector cyhoeddus a fydd yn cynnwys pedwar llawr uwchben y ddaear ac un llawr islaw. Bydd y cyngor ac Urban Splash, ei bartneriaid adfywio, yn datblygu'r hwb sector cyhoeddus arfaethedig, dan berchnogaeth y cyngor. Hwn fyddai cam cyntaf y broses o ailddatblygu'r safle'n gyffredinol dan arweiniad Urban Splash, sy'n parhau i weithio ar gynlluniau ar gyfer gweddill y safle. Byddai'r hwb sector cyhoeddus hefyd yn galluogi ailddatblygu safle'r Ganolfan Ddinesig ar lan y môr. Mae Urban Splash yn parhau i weithio ar gynigion ar gyfer y safle hwnnw a bydd y cyhoedd yn cael cyfle i roi adborth am y rhain unwaith y cânt eu cwblhau. Meddai'r Cyng. "Mae mynegiannau o ddiddordeb mewn cyflwyno tendr am y cyfle i adeiladu'r datblygiad hwn yn gam arall ymlaen i'r cynllun hwn, a rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith adeiladu'n dechrau'n nes ymlaen eleni." Over the last few months, Tate Economic Research Inc. and Re:Public Urbanism have been working together to develop a dashboard for the Queen Street West Business Improvement Area (QWBIA) in Downtown Toronto. We’re proud to announce that the dashboard is live this month, and we’re excited to share! GIS dashboards often combine maps, charts, and other visuals to represent a wide catalogue of data in a clear and interactive way. Depending on the focus of the dashboard, these tools can be used to simply share up-to-date information on a topic or area, or be directly used in decision-making processes. For Queen Street West, the team created a custom dashboard to assist with the implementation of the BIA’s Retail Strategy, prepared by Tate Economic Research Inc. The dashboard will support data monitoring and informed decision-making amidst an evolving retail landscape and construction of the Ontario Line in the BIA.
