Hello there, my name is Gareth Davies and I'm the new Director for Growth and Development at Credic. We're a registered social landlord based in Swansea, managing almost 3000 homes across 5 local authority areas in South and West Wales. This is my fourth week in my role. I'm delighted to be here and I'm also delighted to launch this advert for a very exciting role, the new Head of Development. This will be a role which will lead the development ambitions of the organization in the coming years. Housing demand. Across Wales continues to be a massive issue with many people seeking to access new, high quality affordable housing. With the support of our Board and Executive team, Credit Zambian is such that we want to be a key part of delivering new homes across our areas of operation. As the new Head of Development, your role will be essential to identifying new development opportunities and leading the delivery team here at Coreg in engaging consultants and contractors to support the essential provision of new homes. Credit's vision is to create great places to live and work. Critical to the way we do this are our four values. They determine how we behave towards customers, colleagues and partners. Our values state that we will be kind. So recognizing that relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and the heart of that is kindness, we will be trusting. We trust people to do the right thing and feel that they belong. We will be innovative, we continuously strive to be the best we can be and seek creative ideas to improve and grow. Finally, we will be accountable. We will accept the responsibility of our roles and be accountable for our actions. So if you want to work for an organisation with excellent core values and the ambition to deliver new homes and we would love to hear from you and to invite you to apply for this very exciting role if you'd like to speak with me about the position. Details are in the application pack and I'd be more than happy to have a chat with you and talk through the role with you. Many thanks to your Chaval.
