It’s so refreshing when you make your mind up to do something and actually do it. I’ve been perfecting my recipe for oat milk, it’s actually really simple. It’s all about the flavors you prefer that week 🤣 next up is almond milk🙌🏾 Here are the steps! 1. Get your favorite oats, water, vanilla extract, a bowl , strainer or cheese cloth and you can use a sweetener if you’d like. 2 In a blender you mix your oats and water. I’m not gonna lie I don’t measure 😭 however I will says it’s about a .5 to 3cup ratio. But it’s about the consistency for me, depending on what I use it for I may want it thicker or thinner. For smoothies I like it more on the thicker side 3. Add oats and water to the blender and blend for about 45 seconds. Not too much longer because you want a good consistency. 4. pour into the strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl. If you have a chese clothe I recommend getting something to tie around the bowl so it doesn’t fall into it as your pour. It’s a lil messy, you gotta make sure you squeeze all of the liquid from the oats. 5. Add your flavoring however you desire. 6. Pour into your favorite jar and you have made yourself some oat milk. St. Patrick’s Day is here and I’ve got a delicious smoothie bowl recipe that will make a perfect “lucky” breakfast. ☘️ Shamrock Smoothie Bowl ½ cup (115 g) plain low-fat Greek yogurt ¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened milk of your choice ½ small frozen banana, sliced ¼ ripe avocado 1 handful baby spinach ¼ cup (50 g) frozen pineapple chunks ¼ cup (50 g) frozen blueberries Optional toppings: sliced kiwi and shredded coconut ✅ Place all the ingredients except the optional toppings in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. The mixture will be thick – if you would like a thinner smoothie bowl, pour in a little more milk. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. ✅ Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add the toppings if you’re using them. Ingredients: 4 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup melted butter Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix berries, sugar, and vanilla in a baking dish. 3. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. 4. Spread the oat mixture over berries. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Enjoy this delicious Blueberry Popsicle recipe! Gather these ingredients: 2 1/2 cups blueberries(fresh or frozen), 2 cups natural greek yogurt, 1/2 cup light coconut milk. 1-3 Tbsp honey (to taste), and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then follow these directions. Add blueberries to a pot on medium heat and cook down for 10 minutes, frequently stirring until the mixture begins to thicken. Let cool completely. Mix the greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. *If the mixture is very thick, add some more coconut milk. Add the yogurt and berries to the popsicle molds, alternating to create layers. Use a knife to create a marble effect. Next, place the cover onto the molds, insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight. To remove the popsicles from the mold, run them under hot water for 30 seconds and gently pull on the popsicle sticks. Pro Tip: A higher fat yogurt (at least 2%) will lead to creamier popsicles!
