Extremely Disappointing Experience with Swiggy! 👎👎 I am absolutely frustrated with the service I received: I ordered food that arrived late and was cold — completely inedible. My guests had to go hungry since the food was unfit to eat. Customer care was unhelpful; they disconnected my call twice. I spoke to agents named Farhan, Khushboo, and another representative, but none of them provided any resolution. I’ve lost money, and now they’re asking me to send an email for a complaint? Seriously? How can Swiggy get away with such awful service during what is supposed to be a celebratory time for their company? This is beyond disappointing. 197119762221059

I am extremely disappointed with the support I have received so far. My query regarding the incorrect delivery of my order is still unresolved. Despite reaching out, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. I placed my order at 1:36 PM from Taco Bell (Order No: 197712396537949) and received it only at 2:45 PM after it was first delivered to someone else. This is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation of how you plan to address this issue. My ticket ID is 18210287. Please respond immediately.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I’ve experienced recently. The sheer lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. First, the delivery was late, and not just a few minutes but an hour past the estimated time. This is beyond frustrating when I rely on a service that claims to prioritize timely deliveries. What makes it worse is the fact that I was given no updates or any attempt at communication on your end. The lack of transparency is infuriating. I expect immediate action on this matter. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily and without delay, I will be forced to reconsider using your platform altogether. I demand a full refund for this order, an explanation for the service failure, and an assurance that such behavior will not be repeated in the future. Consider this a formal complaint and a final warning. I will not tolerate this kind of service any longer. I expect a prompt response.

I have been following up on my refund for order #196665289541526 since 24th January 2025, and today is 4th February 2025—yet, I have still not received it. Every time I contact customer support, they give the same response: ‘It will be processed in 48-72 hours.’ But after the deadline passes, I have to reach out again, only to be asked to fill forms, provide details, and even submit my bank statement—yet nothing changes. No refund, no resolution. It’s disappointing how a company of this scale treats its customers. I no longer expect the refund—just keep doing what you do best: making false promises and giving customers the runaround. I hope others don’t have to face such a frustrating experience.

Whether it's Swiggy or Ola or HDFC bank, service is pathetic and that is largely due to people's conditioning over the past 60-70 years of "chalta hai" attitude aided and abetted by our previous governments. This psyche is now ingrained in the offsprings of that generation....

I was extremely disturbed by the unprofessional behavior of a Swiggy Instamart delivery agent on 06/02/2025 at approximately 2:00a.m. The agent was verbally abusive and used inappropriate language during my delivery. The team also cancelled my order This is unacceptable conduct and reflects poorly on Swiggy. I expect Swiggy to take this complaint seriously and investigate. My order ID is 197757345846480.
