Extremely Disappointing Experience with Swiggy! 👎👎 I am absolutely frustrated with the service I received: I ordered food that arrived late and was cold — completely inedible. My guests had to go hungry since the food was unfit to eat. Customer care was unhelpful; they disconnected my call twice. I spoke to agents named Farhan, Khushboo, and another representative, but none of them provided any resolution. I’ve lost money, and now they’re asking me to send an email for a complaint? Seriously? How can Swiggy get away with such awful service during what is supposed to be a celebratory time for their company? This is beyond disappointing. 197119762221059

I was extremely disturbed by the unprofessional behavior of a Swiggy Instamart delivery agent on 06/02/2025 at approximately 2:00a.m. The agent was verbally abusive and used inappropriate language during my delivery.
