Dear Swiggy India Customer Support,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent interaction I had with your customer support team.On [insert date], I contacted Swiggy customer support to resolve an issue with my order. During the conversation, the support agent not only failed to provide any useful assistance but also used the term “useless” when referring to my query. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has shaken my confidence in your customer service.If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the Consumer Forum, as I believe that this kind of treatment is unacceptable and should not go unaddressed.Please investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I also request that my original issue be resolved immediately.Let me know if you require any additional information from my side to facilitate this process.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
